Self-Care for Caregivers
Tuesday, September 21, 5:30 - 7:00 pm
We will discuss these questions, along with yours:
- How do we communicate effectively?
- What emotions am I feeling now?
- How do I best help my loved one and balance the rest of my life?
- How do I ask for help without being a burden?
- Self-care: what does it look like and how do I fit it in?
This session is facilitated by Maria Cottone, LMHC. Maria is a therapist at Community Behavioral Health, has worked as a counselor/therapist in schools, private practice, in the not-for-profit world at Brooke’s Place, and the community mental health setting.
